Where are Kapka products made?

Our products are handcrafted in Türkiye using traditional enamel-making techniques.

What is enamel?

Enamel is a durable material with real character, made by fusing a glass-based coating onto a steel surface at high temperature.

Are the products food-safe?

Yes. Kapka enamelware is suitable for use with food and is made with lead-free enamel.

Are they dishwasher safe?

Yes. Once the cycle has finished, we recommend opening the dishwasher door to reduce the risk of oxidation.

Can I use them in the microwave?

No. Because the products contain steel, they are not suitable for microwave use.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are prepared as quickly as possible. Shipping and tracking details are sent by email once your order is processed.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?
